Yea, uh I got this dragon...if you need me to be specific since I know you've faced a lot...you see, he's a bit...no...REALLY color blind and uh, I think it would be best to just put him out of his misery.

There's half-vampires in D&D. Don't see why it wouldn't work here.
Just a vampire giving birth should be an extremely rare, next to nigh-impossible, thing. What with them being undead and all.
