Basically he's not going out of his way to attack us, we just get in the way of the **** he gots to do. :o

Also, if I had to sum this movie up in one sentence, it would be this:
If 'MURICA had came up with the idea of Godzilla, this would be our Gojira 54.

Internet access here is taking awhile LOL.

You're too late! I know everything!

But I'll bite, did Godzilla actually destroy any military vehicles?

I would say that doesn't scratch the surface of the destruction. :cwink:

Another thing I'll say: I was in a crowd of mostly 'noob' Godzilla viewers and they were roaring and cheering throughout. This felt like a film that can appease hardcore fans and bring in plenty of new viewers.

The best SINGLE moment of the film for me. Yes, it's blue.
YES, HIS FINS LIGHT UP. As for how it looks like: it looks enough like a beam to be in the same vein as the Heisei films, but it has a Napalm-like look to it. Think Smaug's fire breath in The Hobbit, but blue.

awesome, thanks!

so he uses atomic breath only 1 time?

Man, Thursday (the 15th) cannot get here soon enough!

I wanna see it now!! :D

Had tickets to see it tonight but I had to come to work. :(

The best part is when Godzilla makes sweet love to a tiny avocado while dancing the makarena.

yes!! thanks!!

Seriously, that final battle had to be among the most satisfying I've ever seen in a film. It's big, it's grand, it's brutal, it's everything you could possibly want in an American produced, big budget Godzilla film featuring other monsters. You can totally see the Komodo Dragon/Bear influence.

BTW, the audience I was watching it with was mostly made up of Godzilla 'noobs' and they were eating it up the whole time!

Will the kids like it? I know with the downtime the monsters aren't on screen they'll get antsy, but when they start beating the **** out each other, will they dig it?
