It's not new, but I didn't see another thread for it. It can stay up; something might develop one day. There are a few websites that are official that have little to no activity that have threads (Unified School District comes to mind).

I'll just edit out 'new site' from the title.

On a side note, I want a Gotham National Bank ATM card.
