Is it worth buying ? Feedback would be apreciated on this one and also on "The Sounds Of Violence"...

long story short.. yes

It has fighting.. catman and a fed clues to the future
Like The Red Arrow mask, the engagement ring
and who says that Meltzer leaves a lot of loose ends..

Completely worth buying. If you like GA, you should definitely get this one.

"Sounds of Violence" also worth buying. Basically, every single one of the earlier GA "reboot" trades are worth it. It gets...a bit iffier as time goes by.

"Quiver" = Best revival of a dead character ever
"Sounds of Violence"= Great story fituring the coolest new villian in 20 years (and he is in fracking LIMBO! FRACK!!!)
"The Archer's Quest"= fun light arc taking ollie from the past into the pressent
the next 2 arc are ... more meh.. but i really like the 1 singel issue storyes between these three arcs ("Ultimate Speedy" and "The Vertigo treatment")

Found this arc by Meltzer to be far superior than Smith's,which were both good.

Lots of fleshing out of DCU history and friendships, especially the Hal/Barry/Ollie friendship.

One of the best recent Green Arrow stories you could read.

Definitely. Obviously, you should read Quiver first though.

I finished Quiver recently and absolutly loved it.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll definitly buy them.

one of the early winnick arcs called "city walls" was actually pretty fun. it was about some guy using black magic to seal off the city with a magic bubble that couldn't be broken (superman kept trying from the outside until he was bloody) and conujured some demons from hell to terrify the citizens of star city. plus, it had phil hester's art on it. i recommend it if you haven't read it. it's not as good as meltzer or smith's runs, but it's not bad.

yeah .. Mia killed a guy ..

the girl was abused by her father, turned a ****e, used drugs, got HIV AND killed a guy..
yet shes still better off then Batman mentaly :P

i forgot about that. you should probably throw some spoiler tags on that, since it's integral to the story.

i did.. now fix your quote! :P

PS: sorry for the un-spoilerpost

the early winnick runs are really great too, in my opinion. straight shooter and city walls are great.
