I think Burke had finally gotten over the tremors. I think it became a mental thing. Now christinas fat head had to go and make him doubt himself bringing back his tremors. I think that's why he wanted her to get away from him.

It does feel different than before, but I wouldnt say it is for the worst. I think the fact that they added two new regulars changes things a bit. There has also been alot less of all the interns doing a walk-through of the hospital, seeing every interns patient in the teaser.

I really don't like the addition of Sloane. There's no reason for him to be there and he's not at all likeable. The whole thing Karev working for Addison didn't bear any fruit and the whole Meredith/Mcdreamy thing played out lamely.
