I am not sure they will ever give us a clear shot of the Lizard until we actually see the movie. In the months leading up to the release of Spider Man 3, we never got any official pics of Venom. We got cartoon pics of him from kid movie tie in books and some fuzzy leaked pics but no real shots of him. I think Sony is gonna do the same here and keep lizard under wraps. But if that pic of him that leaked on those movie tie in toys is the final version of him I am a little disapointed.

Yeah but The Lizard is the only villain in this film, in Spider-man 3 there were also Sandman and "the new goblin" and they showed them a lot

They'll have to reveal the villain soon, general audience is not exactly on this movie's side, and revealing the lizard officially might help
