Harley's been drawn lots of different ways. In the animated series--where she first appeared--she's not that breasty, either. She has the hourglass shape thing going on like all the hot babes there did, but that's more because of the way they drew her waist. Regardless, Harley is NOT consistently drawn with huge boobs, unlike Black Cat or many other comic book girls, and, anyway, jesus, still--

Ok I never said that the GIRLS specifically were the ones, I meant in general. If you have reference to the many many HQ pics that they draw her with a small chest please post otherwise you have nothing to back yourself up, I mean small not average.

Here's the thing. Compared to your average COMIC BOOK BABE, Harley *does* have smaller than usual **** (fan art and some comics aside). Here's Black Cat:

Like many comic book babes, her breasts are bigger than her head. For comics, this is pretty "average." When "average" means "melons bigger than your head," Harley has smaller than average ****. That doesn't mean her **** are SMALL in any absolute way, just relative to her fictional peers.

In real life, average breast size of the American woman is up to 34C--or so says Time. ( http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1208335,00.html )

I'd guess BTAS Harley might be a 34 C if translated to real life--more likely a 34 B because she's drawn so slender. Which puts her at about average. That's pure speculation on my part, and you are welcome to disagree, but does BTAS Harley really look to have a D cup rack to you?

Of course, that cup sizes are a poor measure of boob size is a whole other kettle of fish, blah blah blah.

I imagine it would be a lot like being a junkie, down to detrimental physical effects. She's got serious issues and she's an ex psych doc, and no one goes into abnormal psych without a slightly abnormal interest in crazy... I don't want a curvy healthy looking Harley. I want her looking crazy, on edge, tense and taunt and sometimes snapped.

Thanks for the feedback! I also prefer the second one for the same reason... and others.
Regarding the vest... I have three to choose from, and I just figured based on what my choices are, that the red would work best, though I would appreciate some more feedback on the choices before I buy one (I would be crazy to even try to make my own vest).
The red/black/white one as seen in my sketches:

Let me know which you think would work best! Right now I'm still leaning towards the one with red, just because everything else in the costume includes red, so I think black and white alone will throw it off a little. Or i'd have to change the glove colour... or something.

Guys...Someone posted a question requesting feedback before the topic of boobies, jugs, chesticles, gazombos, bajungas came up...And Jazzimm I too prefer the red vest and on top of her multi coloured spandex pants...I would also like to see a black skirt, that is, if you go with your second drawing!t:

Oooh, I REALLY like that idea of Harley! She's addicted to him, so she's really unstable and crazy. Like a drug addict, she's frail, with dark circles under her eyes, maybe pale, with this derranged smile. Plus she's both mentally and physically shaky. And she gets her fix by making The Joker happy. It goes beyond obsession, into addiction...

Wow, I might just have to design and make a costume for this Harley!

Regardless, Harley Quinn's breasts are not the important aspect of her, what is most consistent is her personality and outfit ~ but that also doesn't mean that those things can't be altered, especially costume-wise seeing as a lot of great costumes show up here.

Perhaps, you should check yours. Harley was created for kids on the kiddie show BTAS, by Paul Dini (I think), and then crossed over to comics later on.

Yeah, for a Nolan version of Harley Quinn I wouldn't want a one piece, so much more can be done with the outfit (as shown here already in the many costume ideas). Really there a lot of things that can be put together that would make a cool HQ.
My costume is more of a full suit of sorts, seeing as there are pants and then a coordinating shirt/tube top. I prefer that sort of look. It comes close to the Harley we are familiar with in the way that the full sort of suit thing is going on, but altered in the way that it goes from spandex to street clothes. I also love the ideas using skirts as long as they have some cool sort of tights to accompany them. People mentioned converse too, I wore converse with my outfit. Those or boots seem to work great. I keep thinking of some black army boots with red laces...

Yes your right that she was in BTAS first and then in the comics, but her role is much more important and signifigant in the comics, thats the most serious version of her that has been done, and in my opinion the best. Thats why I said shes a comic book character and not a cartoon character, her character has definitivly become much more prominent in the comics, than the smaller role she had in BTAS.
