Harry,
You spent the last year bashing X3 up and down your site relentlessly. Everything was bad no matter what it was. Even the coffee mug was evil in your eyes I imagine. However, ever since the full trailer came out you haven't said a word. You haven't talked about the full trailer that debuted on 24 and that appeared on the net later that night, and you haven't mentioned the TV spots, or anything. I find it hard to believe that you didn't see these, and I also find it hard to believe you weren't surprised and how good the full trailer was. It'd be a good idea to swallow your pride and admit that it looks better than you thought or at least comment on it.
If you don't that's kind of weak considering all the bashing and hatred early on. It's better to man up and admit you just might be wrong about this film. Not every comic book film is going to meet your fanboy expectations. They just can't.
Here's his response:
Actually - I don't have access to a tv right now as I haven't turned on my cable at the new house - so for the last 4 weeks, there's been zero broadcast or cable television... and I haven't seen them pop up online.
The full trailer was better, but I still hate the way all the "evil mutants" look - save for the ones we know from the previous films. I think Juggernaut looks terrible. Most of the framing looks uninspired and the sets seem bland.
Right now though - I'm just waiting for the first reviews of the film to come in. We'll know soon enough.
