Spoilsports will note that this basically just means Starbucks will make you whatever drink you want, provided they have the ingredients.

As a former barista, THIS!
All the drinks at Starbucks follow a basic formula and you can make any drink you want by mixing any flavor and thus there are hundreds of "secret drinks." There's no such thing as an "official secret drink". All secret drinks are just flavor combinations that customers have created and baristas are usually not taught those recipes by the company.

It's not a recipe created by the company so 99% of employees won't know it. If you order it by saying the recipe they won't mind, they make custom drinks all day long. But if you just order a butterbeer frappuccino then they'll probably be confused and will just ask for the recipe.
