If its about judicial review, wouldn't the governor's task force be subject to the same thing if Chin is arrested? I don't buy Chin's logic at all. I also can't believe that IA investigators with half a brain can buy that lie.

Good episode this week, some great little moments with Danno and McGarrett, and I had a feeling Harry Morgan didn't do it.

Judging from the way they are integrating Jenna it might well be Kono who bites the bullet in the finale after all.
