Makes sense. I just read his first chapter in AFOC. My friends have told me he is the most badass character in the entire series. He's been hyped up for me so I expect him to make a huge impact.

the Tyrion/Sansa scene is not in the books... but the explanation of the things that happened is... like in a Davos chapter it is explained about the wolfhead thing...but instead its showing Sansa talk about it.

Yeah Sansa scene isn't in the books, but an actual description of what the Freys did to the Starks was. Sallador Saan tells Davos and Stannis about it.

also, if i recall corectly, Tyrion remembers that he didn't tell her (Sansa, when he told her about her mother and brother's death) the details of how they died and what happened later with their bodies.

actually, [BLACKOUT]The Viper and the Mountain[/BLACKOUT] happens after the Royal Wedding.

The Viper vs the Mountain is the trial by combat to judge the guilt of a certain event that happens at the wedding, so it naturally has to be after. It looks well placed in the season since there's not that much else happening in that storyline afterwards in that particular book (even if what does happen is very significant).

well, on my HBO schedule here in Argenntina there is a season 3 marathon right before Season 4 premiere

so it will be 11 Game of Thrones episodes in one day
