Who on the show will i now love to hate?
Ramsay Snow.

Ramsay has already cut off Theon's penis and sent it to his father in a box. Ramsay killed his own men and had a girl mauled to death by dogs.

Yeah, he hides it quite well. Wonder what he thinks of Joffrey lol.

It's addressed a little more directly in the books...

Once Jamie becomes a POV character, it's very apparent from his thoughts that he doesn't really give a rat's ass about the kids, or anyone but himself and Cersei, for that matter. At least in the beginning.

At least he actually has the balls to do these acts himself. It's Jofferys lack of backbone that makes him even more despicable…….

And the only time Joffery does do something directly it's against someone helpless to stop him.

Makes sense, thanks.

You know what I was thinking about this past episode? Since it was only 52 minutes, they could have easily squeezed in one last scene where the dwarf performers sing an Oompa Loompa song about Joffrey.

Come on. Don't act like you wouldn't love it if after the last shot of Joffrey's dead face, they cut to the dwarfs putting on orange facepaint and green wigs before they start circling around his body and burst into song. Maybe singing this little number:

I like that of all the many, many minutes of screen time he had, they could only find 30 seconds of it not showing him to be a total bastard.

Tommen is soooo much better than Joffrey! And I loved that scene between him and Tywin!

I love how fast Tywin moves on. :hehe: I do like Tommen. He's just more smarter and mellow. I wanted a scene where Tywin gives Tommen the "what's sex" talk. :hehe:

Erm... They turned that Cersei/Jaime altar sex scene to rape? That is SO not going to go well among a part of the fan base. I wish they kept it consensual. That is just more twisted/messed up and it won't destroy Jaime's character especially after being redeemed in the past seasons.

ETA: Just checked Tumblr. Yup. They didn't like that one bit. :funny:

Me too. I'll get over it but I'm quite annoyed with it for now.

Yeah, Jaime raping Cersei was a major step back for his character. He better regret it and decide he doesn't love her or something better come of it cause as of now they've **** all over his development.

The preview for next week showed a quick glimpse of Coldhands! I swear he looks like the same one that let Sam live.

From the end of Season 2?

Didn't Cersei put up a weak fight against Jaime in the book? Before he found her moonblood.

I didn't think she put up THAT much of a fight. She could have scratched his eyes out or something.

Still... A "No" is a "No". A "Stop" is a "Stop". Jaime was ruined in that scene and it totally missed the point of Cersei saying "yes" (a lot of times actually IIRC :funny:) in that scene.

Yeah it wasn't much of an effort and we all know she wanted it she just didn't want it there and then. It's still rape, tho and sullies Jaime. It was unnecessary too.

I know this is the GOT world, but the fact is, she clearly did not want him to be doing what he was doing. And it changes the dynamic of their relationship. The scene in the book was very different, and it adds a layer to Jamie that I don't think should be there.

Yeah it actually seemed kinda accurate to the books, I mean she kinda like half fights Jamie but not really.

Yeah. They showed us Coldhands horse in Bran's vision and it's the same horse that the white walker that let Sam live was riding in the season 2 finale. And the preview for next week shows a flash of Coldhand's face and it looks like the same whitewalker. So I think we may have already met Coldhands in the season 2 finale and just didn't know it was him.

I'm still in disbelief about the Jaime scene. It was already really uncomfortable in the book, but now....I'm not angry about it, just confused. I'm not really sure why the writers felt the need to push it to that level when it was already bad enough.

Other than that, it was a decent filler episode.
