Hellboy Critics Review Thread

Moriarty's review of HBII and TDK is one of THE best reviews i have read in a long time, and took my anticipation for both movies beyond what i could have ever imagined.

Agreed. I've always liked the guy's writing, but this has to be his best effort yet. There's no way I can be more amped up about TDK (seriously my heart may fail), but I'm just as excited about Hellboy now, due to this.

Moriarty has always had a good head about these things, so woot.:word:

I'll be seeing a press screening of Hellboy on 7/8, and I'm very excited.

I've always trusted Moriarty more than Harry. Mori's writing style has more maturation to it. Harry's just sounds like the mad ravings of a ten year old man child. They make my eyes roll.

^I have never read a review from either of them to be honest, but that double one from Moriarty was a great read. The fact that he wrote so much about both movies bodes well for each as well IMO.

So far it seems that the critics that actually matter like the film.

I'm glad that critics like it, it looks like a really good movie. I can't wait to see it.

3 bad out of 27 is very good hope the movie lives up to it
