Hell's Kitchen season 8

Not so rich consider he had several financial setbacks

Please. Financial difficulties for him means he might have to shut one of his 20 or so restaurants. Maybe mortgage that third winter cottage in the Alps. :oldrazz:

I would trade financial positions with him in a heartbeat. And I consider myself relatively well off.

Guess I'm rooting for Nona.

Russell can cook, but he's a complete sociopath and misanthrope. I don't think he's capable of working with other people. The guy seems like he could flip out and try to kill someone at any moment.
maybe but I see that as focus and determination. I think he only tends to come across as an a-hole when it comes to this competition and people potentially screwing him over with their actions and poor judgements. I dont beleive thats how he is as a person. He came here for one goal and that was to win. Lot of people lose track of that and tend to good off, mess up and make excuses. He tried to keep himself focused as much as possible and I think he did that. I can understand why he'd lose his cool and tolerance around Trevor, bc he was an annoying little punk. Can Russel be a prick? Yeah, but so is Ramsey and many other chefs. Thats probably a quality that Ramsey will admire and appreciate bc like him, Russell has a low tolerance for crap and mediocrity.

Go nona go, I just knew it was going to be jillian and nona...but russell..damn chef ramsay

I'm just looking forward to seeing the former contestants back screwing up and sabotaging the finalists.

I'm not. I can't believe I still have to endure Trev.

Russel's ***** fest when he lost solidified why Nona deserved to win.

Worst. Winner. Ever. [/comicbook guy]

This season will really be remembered for all the wrong reasons. What a crapfest. LA Market will quietly dump Nona within a year.

Russell could have won. He was obviously the most talented cook among the bunch. However his abrasive, sociopathic personality flaws were his own worst enemy in the end.

Despite this being arguably the WEAKEST season of this show thus far, I was so happy that that inbred meathead Russell didn't win.

I think he misconstruses berating your staff and being downright belligerent as strong leadership to run an efficient kitchen.

And his sour grapes at the end solidifies why Ramsey didn't choose him to win. He took no accountability for his shortcomings and blames his staff. I probably would've stopped watching this show had he won; he sorely didn't deserve to.

Vinnie was awesome last night. You could see he didn't give a damn enough to help Russell win. lol

go nona
woohooo

Russell you piece of crap..you dont bully your staff like that..once he did that and chef saw it..I knew nona had it

Co-sign.

That guy was a *****e. He really showed what hes like in high pressure situations and it was not up to snuff.

What happened to the mongoose guy? Why wasnt he part of the blue or red team?

This was my first season watching after enjoying Ramsay's British and American Kitchen Nightmares. It was a carwreck, couldn't help but watch.

If Nona lost she wasn't going to "blackball" her team from the city she works in. How does he treat his girlfriend?
