I would argue that point, although not heartily. There are similarities and commonalities shared amongst almost all Rednecks, regardless of region. But you do have a point in the observation that my example was regional.

Hmm I guess look at Redneck as a deformed or mangled version of the regional Southern accent, but sharing in common traits regardless of area.

I have a question... what are people that live in Washington state? Are they the odd ball or are just as Yanks as New Yorkers?
