I think he was trying to say if high school was 100% fun for you and all great (meaning you were a popular kid/ 'jock' who often times made other people's lives miserable) that you're an ass.

Also have to note, not singling out jocks, just some of them. Because some can actually be pretty cool. The quarterback for the team was actually one of the nicest guys at the school.

Probably not saying everyone, because there's bound to be some 'freaks and geeks' that did manage to have a good high school experience while the rest got shafted.

A friend and I liked to break into lockers and steal stuff. We found a pair of blue jeans in one and stuffed it down an unflushed toilet. We found a tape in another that supposedly showed an orgy. I didnt get to see it.

I was the same way. Popular and captain of the baseball team. But I got along with everyone and was just myself, understanding and not an ass at all. I actually had someone come up to me at our five year reunion and thank me for being so nice to her unlike most of the other kids. Life's too short to be a d*** to people because of how they look.

There was only 1 kid that should have gotten teased by everybody but we all loved him. His name was Ryan and he had some sort of facial muscle disorder. Instead of making him hideous, it contorted his face so that he was always smiling haha. I'm sure it sucked to not have control over his face, but this kid was so funny. We used to get in trouble every chemistry class cuz he'd have me laughin while the eacher was trying to teach(he was my lab partner). Aw man, Ryan FTW

Yeah, he was always in high spirits. Whether he went home at night and cried is a mystery but I doubt it. I remember the 1 time somebody did make fun of him one day freshman year. We almost killed that person. Don't **** with Ryan

High school was the awezomeness. I have a few bad memories, but overall I definitely would do it over again albeit differently.

My best memory of high school is graduation, because that meant four years of hell were over.

My best memory as well. I remember the first day of ninth grade. I started a countdown to graduation day clock in my head. 3 years, 364 days, 5 hours, 22 minutes, 13 seconds to go! lol

yeah, I knew how it was going to be. High school is no different from middle school. Other than the fact that the kids are older, everything else is the same. There are jocks, cheerleaders, nerds, goths, whatever. College is great though. Nobody cares about that stuff and it's a chance to start over. Everybody is new. Plus the freedom is great. I love college.

you're lucky, I hated it more than..... anything I guess. It's what I base all things off. If something in my life goes bad I always say to myself "Well at least you aren't burning in hell anymore"

Same here. Middle School harassment began in 8th grade, which is when I knew High School was going to be just as much as a hell. I was fearing High School for the whole summer actually. Then it was counting down.

Now as Turtle said, I look back and say thank god that's over. Those will be the worst years of me life. Nothing can ever be as bad. Contemplating suicide and revenge.

Right now, I'm just happy my name isn't among disturbed teens who went psycho or under the ground in a body bag. Because looking back, I was really on the edge of falling over.

Once college began the time bomb stopped ticking and I was free.
