Arkham Asylum, the place not the graphic novel, for movie 3. (Actually, come to think of it I wouldn't mind if it was the graphic novel either).

We already got Arkham in Begins. Or did you mean more action in it for B3?

I meant the whole movie set in Arkham. After the ëpic "Batman film, this would be the "claustrophobic"one.

How can you have an entire movie set in Arkham? That would severely limit it, don't you think?

It didn't hurt the first Die Hard too much, even in terms of action. A few years ago I would have smoked your avvy, but I quit smoking avvys.

Thanks, I just found it. It called to me.

But I'm not sure the way Die Hard worked would translate well to Batman. Die Hard was a hostage situation. I'm thinking Batman could've handled things a lot better than John Mcclane could've. I just think a hostage movie like that would get pretty boring if it involved Batman.

I didn't mean an exact repeat of Die Hard, but maybe set like one act of the film in Arkham, that would be a cool way to feature some of the best villains, a bit like with Bruce Lee and the game of death.
I could definitely see Arkham, the founder of the asylum, played by someone like Hugh Laurie, pull the strings and be a creepy villain.
It would be a more horror oriented take on Batman.

Yeah, I guess down the line it would be cool to see that. I don't think there's been a truly scary Batman movie. Could add some cool dimensions to a film.

I'd rather not get into a discussion of how terrible the Saw movies are.

^ hah. yes

unless the hostage was Alicia Keyes

this is a good idea

I wouldn't mind a claustrophobic batman film but not if Nolan is still attached, he can work on the epic scale and still get emotions and a story out of it.
