I find the Ratner will do Singer justice option along with the one under it absurd. Singer's ability to characterize properly is in the toilet, and his direction is practically non-existent.

He could make a piece of **** covered in more ****, and it'd top what Singer did.

I have faith in this film because Singer isn't there. I still don't expect it to be as good as X-Men film could, and should be, but I do expect a fun ride.

The only reason I'll ever want them to bring Singer back is if I develop a liking for characters that are thinner than tissue paper and mediocre (at best) action.

My confidence in the this movie is like this...On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst, 10 being the best):

There are certain things like Beast, The Action, Jean/Phoenix, and Magneto that make me so friggin' happy and confident in this movie.

However stuff like Juggernaut's defeat, Cyclops Death/Disappearance, and certain lines of dialogue make me less confident.

I've been peeing myself with glee since Ratner was announced. Now I'm just counting the days...
