Whatcho do is grab the waiter by the tie and throw a c note in the middle of the table. Then you tell that mook, that that's for him and the more he messes up, the less it's going to be.

Everytime he forgets to refill your glass exchange the c note with some lesser bills.

Keep doing this til the ned of the meal.

Well, you can be sneaky about it and put it on a credit card... and then don't let her see how much you write in for the tip. When you write it in put your arm around it and your head real low like you did when you were trying to keep your classmate from cheating off your paper when you were in school. That way she won't know!
