How would you deal with a Freshman who thinks he's a tough guy?

I got this Freshman in my Gym class that started a fight with me (a senior). I asked him if he knew if I was a senior and he said yes and told me to "watch my back" while at the end of class he was looking behind his back look to see where I was the whole time. Not only that he tried to get his friends to try to back him up. I'm 18. So if I go up to this kid and beat the crap out of him the school my put criminal charges on me. Or if I fight back I could probally get expelled because the school put the age of the student in consideration of the punishment. So how should I deal with this chump?

Fighting a freshman when youre a senior is like a freshman fighting an 5th grader....let it go ...fighting a freshman is not worth it, (all the suspension and everything)...its your last year, dont mess it up, going to college with a good app is much more important than proving yourself to friends and classmates

Make him your yearlong *****.. Don't physically hurt him.... Just torment him, make him think you're going to hurt him.. do a number on his mind : play really mean pranks on him and make sure alot of girls/ other peopleare around, Just dont get caught :/
