Personally, I don't want to see any more Marvel characters turned into dead-again(!?!?) jokes.

Unless you suggest a good reason for Nick Fury to be killed off and replaced, this question is pretty silly. Why would we want to kill off a character unless we didn't like him or her? You might as well be asking, "Do you guys like Nick Fury or not?" And even then, it's not a particularly good reason for spontaneously offing a long-time character.

And even when you dont like a character it doesnt mean they should be killed off. Personally i hate Emma Frost as a character but thats half the fun. she's fun to hate. I dont want her character to die i'd just prefer they did something else with her.
Fury's kind of the same way. He's a real dirty bastard sometimes but that makes his stories interesting. They should do something to shake things up with him but Death is a pretty blunt literary tool. I'd prefer to see something a little more crafty.

I'd be annoyed if Nick Fury died. SHIELD would basically be dead in the water.

I'd give up on even the slightest glimmer of hope for political realism in Marvel's comics if Magneto, of all people, took over for him, too. I can just see that approval meeting:

"An international terrorist whose ultimate goal is total genocide of the human race? Genius! Hell, we should've put him in charge of SHIELD years ago!"

I didnt mind the Ultimate U at first when it was just a modern rehashing. Then they started changing some of the fundamental characters' personalities. Making Collossus gay for example was the final straw for me. Ultimate U isnt getting a single cent more from me.

Okay, you hate Bendis great....what he does today does not take away or detract from the greatness or impact of the original...unless he found some way to go back to 1980 and make the Phoenix Saga crap, it wouldn't make Jean Grey's first death a slap in the face to fans.

But Gay Colossus is at least a 1000x better character than regular Colossus. I mean, he actually has a personality in the Ultimate Universe.

Collossus is friggin great. His personality in Ultimate U is that of an insecure depressed emo kid. Collossus in 616 is a hero through and through. He's got his artistic kind and gentle side as well as his caged animal. You claim Collossus has no personality I say you are most assuredly mistaken.
