I can't add funds to my PSN account.

I went to buy Xenogears today, and as I was checking out, I could not add money to my account. I first clicked the checkout button on the bottom, and got an "error 80023102" message. I then clicked the "add funds" button, and got a message saying that it was unable to add funds. My credit card is good, I even changed card numbers from my debit to credit card. I don't know what's going on. HELP?!
 
This is a problem people have had for a while. I am not sure if a concrete solution has been found. Here are a couple of things to try.

Try adding funds in Account Manager and not through the store.

Try the PC store to add funds:

Other than that, I would go through your Account Manager and double check your CC info (number and exp. date) and your home address.

I've tried all those things. I think I'm going to go to wal-mart and get a PSN card... I REALLY want to play that game.
 
Yeah, that seems like the only thing to do. The game is awesome by the way. :up:
 
I just don't want to have to do that EVERY time I want to buy something. Could it be because I activated my bro's PS3 with my account? The last time I bought something was back on Dec. 21, and I was home back then. It was probably the Force Unleashed II stuff I got for him...
 
I ahd that problem 2 months ago. My only solution was to drive out to Best Buy to purchase a $20 PSN card
