The problem with a sidearm in the home is it can be used against you ... And you will likely stand and try to fight the zombies because you will have a false sense of security.

What constitutes an apocalypse for us is quite laughable. Look at the Philippines or Japan after the Tsunami. Those are apocalypses. Ice is an inconvenience ... That you can store your goods from your freezer in so they don't spoil ...

Because after a quick Google search the nearest one is one hour away...and all that is near me is fast food, food service, and retail. Which I guess I do not mind...just will have to learn to handle two part time gigs and manage me time more. Hopefully together I can get 40-44 hours a week, but kinda doubt it. I have no desire to move up on my current retail gig...but in something else, sure.

Time to invest in an automobile, dude.

Sooner or later I'll have my own car and not have to borrow one. However, I ain't working in Jacksonville unless I moved there. One hour away. No. There are a few jobs here in retail and what not, just part time. Don't like my current one very much, but I'll probably keep it when I find something else.

I do no believe in driving that far for work (unless I move there) I already drive about 15-18 minutes one way. Actually, Google Directions has it at 13.3Milies, I work in next county over. I like Morehead...just for fact it has more retail and food service options. Now...I could always...err...keep my retail gig...cause there are two stores I could transfer to(30 minutes away and 90 minutes away). But I dunno. I have aways to go before my life is where I want it to be. At least I have a part time job.

Get car = better job, save for better place in better place to live with better career opportunities. Longer commute now = better life later.
