"The Man of a Thousands Lives" Fénix finally lays to rest “The Man of a Thousand Deaths” Mil Muertes in the Grave Consequences Match in the main event of Lucha Underground.

Guys, don't post links with words that would be censored in a post. You don't like the policy? Take it up with Superhero Hype.

Since you're the moderator, that makes you the equivalent of Kane, right? :o

Another excellent promo from Cody.

My WHAT? shirt came today. Aw yeah.

I'm excited about Wrestlemania this year because it'll be the first one I've ever watched. Looking forward to seeing Sting, Taker, Wyatt, Rollins, and Lesnar. And Paige.

Orton didn't have that personality or gimmick when he joined Evolution. It came out really around his Legacy days.

Jericho can be such a tool at times when he's on the defend WWE brigade. Now he's trying to play the "hypocrite" card on the fans for not liking Roman Reigns.

Jericho needs to mind his own business, it's annoying how he gets involved in the scandals of other people.

Shouldn't he be making music for Fozzy or something?

I feel bad for Roman Reigns.

The guy could have had a year and half build up, since his injury kind of held him back.

Roman should have been given more time to develop as a character and had better feuds with top tier talents.

I bet if he had been properly ready and built up, maybe the fans wouldn't be so hostile towards him.

How will WWE be able to fill up Wrestlemania, since the show is four hours?

The worst thing is he, or I should WWE, didn't change a single thing about his look or character after the Shield break-up like Ambrose and Rollins.

Would it be too much to ask for all of the matches to get adequate time?

Right now, there is the WWE title match, the US title match, the IC ladder match, Orton-Rollins, divas tag match, tag title match, and the battle royal. Am I missing anything?

Give all of those matches time, plus do the national anthem and/or America the Beautiful, parade out the HOF class, and it should be able to fill the show. Plus, there SHOULD be a couple moments that are technically not during matches, such as Sandow dropping Miz on his ass after the battle royal.

Two whole matches silly...

Sting vs. Triple H and Bray vs. Taker.

Jimmy Jacobs is joining WWE creative. Wasn't expecting that.

I've been hearing that rumor for the past two weeks. I'm glad it's true, as I think he deserves it.

He's working NXT creative, and I hope they utilize him in the ring as well. The plans seem to have him move up to the main creative team once he is familiar with WWE.

I've been hearing good things about the casket match and Reyes de Reyes show (Aerostar apparently did a sick spot and people are saying Fenix's match was also top notch). Can't wait until I get home.

Some of Jericho's recent comments have gotten me thinking about this trend of wrestling personalities who now have podcasts... granted, this is just my opinion, so this with a grain of salt.

For better or worse, the fact that guys like Jericho, Stone Cold & JR have podcasts now is going to have an interesting effect on the industyr. The way I see it, their viewpoints often are a growing reflection of WWE's product. Despite the fact that guys like Jericho & Austin regularly open up a direct line of communication to fans, it doesn't seem like the divide between wrestlers vs. fans is is disappearing, but only intensifying.

JR beats the same drum on every podcast - "Wrestlers need to slow down, defiant males aren't a reflection of the overall audience, etc." He's unwilling to accept that wrestling needs to adapt to the era and that basically, "it was better in the old days." I appreciate what JR has meant to the business, but I've tuned him out since he obviously has a restrictive view on wrestling that I vehemently disagree with.

Jericho & Austin aren't nearly as stubborn in a lot of ways, but they pretty consistently echo the mantra that there are certain things you'd only understand if you've been in the business. I don't think many fans would argue that, but it still gets thrown in our face in an era where the business is more exposed than ever. Hell, they're even contributing to it. Frankly, it's insulting. And while Austin has been a little more forthright in his criticism of WWE, he's still defended them at times when he should have forced the issue IMO. His interview with Triple H on the Network stands out to me as a time where he caved - the "I was gonna ask you about all the hullaballoo with Reigns, but it got addressed tonight" type of reaction. It's unfortunate that a majority of the fanbase that is extremely (and maybe unhealthily) passionate about wrestling has been turned away from WWE's product, but these guys continue to tell us that Vince is a genius (when it's clear that what we're watching is anything but).

While there are certainly a lot of people only making noise, there are lots of valid critiques that these guys are ignoring. And when it comes down to it, I think the main issue is that the questions they're getting aren't all that intelligent. IGN asked Jericho, "Is Roman Reigns ready to main event Wrestlemania?" Well of course it's going to be an answer that pits Jericho against a rising tide of negative opinion. It's also not a question that requires much thought for an answer.

I just wish these guys would put themselves in our shoes - why is the voice of the fans being ignored time and time again? Taking Reigns out of the equation, why doesn't the company use guys like Ziggler, Cesaro, Ambrose or Bryan better? All of them have had moments within the past year where they were extremely over, but all the momentum they built was thrown away. While it's admirable that the company is sticking to a long-term plan with Reigns, why is there such a problem in building up other performers? These are the questions fans should be asking Austin & Jericho.

I have to give it to The Young Bucks, that King of Spots T is hilariously smarky and self deprecating.
