Don't worry about it that much, chances are you won't face bigger issue than some gas problem, and a mild case of diarrhea.

Dude, I've eaten hamburger meat that was straight up brown and I'm still here. Sadly we all know that the day after the expiration date on chocolate means it becomes poisonous so I will mourn your loss RAAM

Eh, when I was a kid I ate some chocolate from the back of the fridge that was three years expired. When I woke up in the hospital the doctor said I might have some drain bamage but I think he was kidding.

Hamburger meat being brown isnt an indication of it being bad or even that it is going bad. It turns brown when it comes into contact with oxygen. The reason "fresh" meat in stores isnt brown when you buy it is because grocers put nitrogen in the pack which keeps the meat looking pink and pretty and appetizing so that spoiled americans will buy it.

The only color you want to watch out for is green. Not a shimer like you can find on roast beef and ham. Thats fine, but straight up green patches means that it will tear you up, and potentially kill you. Brown = OK. Green = dead.

Well 9 times out of 10 Amazon has not only the best price but also the best selection. Plus if it comes to you damaged in any way they will send you a new one free of charge as long as you send the bad one back. I'm also a Prime member so most of the stuff I want is here in 2 days so I get it quick. I don't have a car so going to stores to hunt stuff down is a pain in the ass for me. I'd much rather have them bring it to me in 2 days haha

I'm aware of this and I also love a good dry aged steak as well. When you mention multi-colored meat though it reminds me of when I had to do some time in Polk county jail and they would feed us lunch meat that was obviously expired since it was multi-colored and looked disgusting. Rumor was they got a deal on a bunch of expired meat and froze it so they could feed the inmates with it

I like to buy vintage posters, but I work at a movie theater that gets a whole lot of free posters for movies we're not even showing, so I generally just get current ones from there and from opening night IMAX screenings. Occasionally I'll buy one from Mondo, though.
