I just started watching Stephen Universe. Very fun show.

A writer on Linkedin compared buying stocks to Crime Alley, lol.

2. Your competition wants to slit your throat in a dark alley. You know how Batman’s dad got killed? He’s walking in the street with his beautiful bejeweled wife and his innocent little son, Bruce.

Then this guy comes up to them and says, “give me your wallet and your jewels”. So Dr. Wayne (somehow he made billions being a doctor but thats another story) hands over his wallet and his wife’s jewels. Bruce, the son, is scared to death. Then you know what happens?

The thief shoots the father and mother in the head and runs away. He ALREADY had the money and he still shot them in the head and killed them when they had nothing left. Little Bruce watches and screams while blood streams out of his both his parents. Hopefully they died instantly.

I happen to know who that thief is. Warren Buffett. And you are Bruce Wayne’s dad.

Warren Buffett, Stevie Cohen, all the great investors go outside every day and they want to take your wallet, steal your diamonds, maybe slash your face for fun, and then after they’ve gotten everything they can get from you, they are going to shoot you in the head in front of your child and run off into the dark of the night.

Good luck fighting that kind of competition.

Does it matter? They're tasty either way, especially with some ranch dressing to dip them in.

They're also good with bastings and baked with Parmesan and Truffle Oil.

I live in VA. So if I go to a LieMAX, it'll be the one at Hoffman. Never been to the Georgetown one (just cuz I hate going to Georgetown in general, lol). But I prefer the real one at the Air & Space Museum by Dulles.

I've always wanted to go to that one, but never found the time or a ride. I like the Arthouse/Indie one they have in Arlington or Alexandra, I forget.

We're actually pretty spoiled for arthouse/indie options here as well now that I think about it. Shirlington, The Angelica, E-Street, West End, The AFI, Angelica Pop-Up, Bethesda Row...if a movie gets any kind of limited release, there's a good chance it'll show at ONE of these at least. Even the Hoffman generally devotes a couple of its screens to the indie releases. Back when I lived in Alabama, I'd just assume I would have to wait for the home video release, lol.
