Well, it all depends. If you get a kid who knows what they are doing and uses an IP scrambler there is basically no recourse for finding who did it. That's why it got so popular because the ones first doing it knew how to do it without getting caught. But again people who do that are losers of the biggest kind

Well, science has shown hand writing things actually increases the chance for you to remember it. Just reading and/or typing something makes it less likely for it to be stored up in your noggin
