The guy high-tailing it out of there when the old man cracked his head on the floor was the best part. He even drops his bag.:funny:

The final act of Ant-Man

I personally liked GOTG more.....but considering how much I like GOTG that can't be held against Ant-Man. Ant was a very funny movie with good action, acting, and heart. It wasn't a big budget giant action extravaganza....which is a good thing in my opinion.
Seems like the perfect film to follow the craziness of AoU. I hope Marvel do at least one smaller film like this in each phase going forward. GOTG is my 2nd favourite MCU film and I get the impression from everything I've seen/heard about Ant Man that I'm going to enjoy it in a similar way.

Truth is...
I am Iron Man.
All the Ant-Man love got me thinking of that quote.
Scott (An-Man) worked for Tony (Iron Man) in the comics before Tony lost his company for the first time.

mmmm Lilly in yoga pants...I can picture that. Now imagine Eva in yoga pants making out with Lilly in yoga pants...now that I can see. :p

sorry, i just woke up lol

:db: to that video.

My hesitancy with Ant-Man is that the character has such a bad history, like the way he treated Wasp Girl. My brother insisted that this is a reboot,so I'll give it a chance.

Hank Pym has more than made up for hitting Janet, which was during a mental breakdown btw. Only writers who don't want to let the character get past that and fans who just want a reason to dislike him harp on about it.

Lilly in those yoga pants when she is teaching Scott how to punch...

Seriously, whoever invented yoga pants is a saint.

People tend to forget that Spider-Man hit Mary Jane, too.

Anyway, due to work, won't be able to catch the film til next Sat, but, I am super pumped.

Good monrnings, so late last night I bought a Bidet online. I'm dealing with how my life might change.

My thoughts on the inclusion of other Marvel characters in cameo roles in this and other Marvel movies....

I have been a member here since 2002 (13 years)...and in that time have read thousands of posts saying - Wouldn't it be cool if this giant Marvel character showed up in this other character's movie - Man I wish they had put this minor character that is connected to this character into the movie in some way - wouldn't it be cool if some other Marvel characters happened to walk through a Marvel movie....it is what everyone begged to happen.

Now....we have major marvel characters showing up for cameos in other marvel characters' movies...we have minor Marvel characters that are connected to a character being included and or referenced in their movies....we have various Marvel characters walking through Marvel movies......and people are complaining about it. I definately feel like I am in BIZZARO WORLD.

The comic books are chock full of characters appearing in other books for large roles in the storylines or for just a few panels for fun.

Best part of being back home: I have 3 episodes of Hannibal to binge.

The slap bit was adapted in Spider-Man 3, Peter slapping MJ will be hard to forget.

I'm going to watch Birdman and then It Follows. I have been waiting to see both of these films

Concept images looks really cool, but Nintendo need to work on batteries providing longer operating time.
Much, much longer than Samsung's.
