Thanks for all this support guys. I'm going to try to stop being such a *****. It really is like I'm putting the ***** on a pedistool, it's like I'm so afraid of chicks that I have to be a kiss ass. I must take initiative and make things happen for myself.

I wrote the poem because I was bored.

That's the thing. I tried being myself about that "Dare you to move" song with her, and she didn't get it. I should have realized then. But still, I don't think she'd care about how JMS is ruining Spider-Man or the pros and cons of the designated hitter.
I just need to find a woman that'll let me be me.

i feel your pain, tangled web.

i went through the same damn thing in high school (minus the poem) and i have that girl to thank for the man i am today. she taught me that (99% of) women don't dig that sappy crap. if you want to get a girl, be a dick. okay, let me rephrase, be non-chalant. just act like you don't give a rat's behind about her. be indifferent, but still be around her, you know? then every once in a blue moon, drop a hint that you like her, but about something stupid, like "hey, i dig your shoes."
