Those are the eggs in his omelette of human achievement. And this is why he kills so many of them?

Red or green?
Green peppers are nasty.Red tend to be a little sweeter, but I like both... especially on fajitas...
damn i want some spanish food![]()
Was I exaggerating? Perhaps. But I find that the push for a darker outfit belies a broader push for a darker character.
Fajitas are Mexican.
I like listening to white people pronounce fajitas.

"Yes, I'd like two chicken vagitas, please."
Well, the phrase "darker look" implied, clearly only to me, the same thing implied by Batman's "darker look" compared to the Silver Age, which is good for Batman, not good for Superman, not really good for most characters. Clearly I inferred too much. You really did not comprehend me did you? I said the look of the outfit without the cape it that was good. That's it. I wasn't endorsing a darker outfit or a darker character. I was using an example of a situation without the cape and saying I liked the overall look better.
Actually, I did read what was written. What I did was called an interpretation, because not everybody's brain works the same way, slick.moraldeficiency said:What's funny is you make these wild logic jumps because you don't actually read what's written then you try and generalize and assume.
An interesting microcosm of why so many people buy Marvel instead of DC: Marvel's just stupid and laughable. But over at DC you have to deal with thinking, and stuff. Ah, what a world. You're so put-upon, MD. The Holocaust victims ain't got **** on you.moraldeficiency said:This is generally why I stay away from the DC boards, with the Marvel boards you only have to deal with stupidity, which is funny, but here you get selectively hearing fellas like yourself which is honestly worse and not funny at all.
No, fah-jit-ah.Fudgeetuzz?

Actually, no, I don't. I've conceded that I clearly inferred too much. What do I have to do to explain that my interpretation was apparently not correct?Wow, you can't even concede that I know what I was saying better than you. Yes you inferred too much, I kept telling you you inferred too much, but you keep going.
I like to think so.moraldeficiency said:Your brain is clearly on a different level
Well that's not actually what I'm doing at all. I clearly misinterpreted what you said, and perhaps I was on a bit of hair-trigger because I see this "nerrr, darker is better yay postmodernism nerrr yay Garth Ennis" bull**** everywhere in comic fandom, but I don't think that makes me presumptous, stupid, and nonsensical. I think I just made a mistake, and have freely acknowledged that.moraldeficiency said:you've seen what's written, disregard what the author explains after you misinterpret what was said, with no regard to posts before, then jump to your very own special conclusion which is presumptious, stupid and makes little sense.
Or you'd just have to have a different opinion than you, MD. But no, I've actually always been something of a Cap fan, and am getting back into him now that he's dead (you never know what you have until they take it from you), and have recently become mildly obsessed with the X-Men after buying X-Men 200 on a whim. Also a longtime Ghost Rider guy. But in general, I find Marvel to be supremely ass-blowing, while DC is generally pretty good.moraldeficiency said:No, the fact here is that both publishers have some pretty good and pretty terrible stuff and only stuck up snobs with no taste only like one company.
If DC would reboot it's universe from scratch again, how would you do of each the big seven?
