There are about three of them. Hank Pym, the one I think they're making a movie from and Avengers founder, Scott Lang who is dead and a pervy, sarcastic ex-SHIELD agent who stole Ant Man armor Pym made (who was the latest series protagonist).

I think that's what's going to happen, too.

They've probably got a ten year business plan around Avengers. Once that's done then they'll do more reboots and new franchises.

I don't think X-men needs a complete rebooting (they should just ignore X3 completely), they can continue with Blade (hopefully never mentioning the events in Trinity) and FF (complete reboot).
