If someone close to you was murdered what would you do, who would you become?

What would you do? Who would you become?

  • I would seek justice. Punishment.

  • I would hire a top class lawyer and sue them.

  • I would remain neutral, depressed, but neutral.

  • I would be wrecked with depression and kill myself.

I can't wait until he moves down to the "big bad city." Some guy'll make a pass at his girlfriend, and he'll look at the guy and say "I have been in tune with my dark side," with the most scary look on his face.

And then get gangbanged.

I heard the only reason tempest19 didnt stab the guy is cause his lightsaber ran out of batteries

but he reassured him, he's dark side.

Um, dude- didn't say this before. But, in real life I hold alot in and have never told anyone who I know personally about this. I've only told this online as some 'nameless' guy.

So no, that wouldn't be the decision I would make. In real life, I'm more along the lines of Peter Parker or Johnny Storm than symbiote Spider-Man.

And there is no chance in hell I'd ever say anything hinting to that event around my girl friend because this is something I don't want people who I know in real life to know what happened.

why not?

Because in real life I have an identity and don't want people to know what happened.

Yeah, living on military bases or in 'rough' parts of cities is one thing and those who do are the true bad asses.

But, being a guy from disturbia is a different kind of ball game and I don't want people to know I acted like a crazy person holding a knife to protect my sister. Suburbia is typically known for it's tranquility and not a lot of **** happening for a reason. And besides, life is stranger than fiction.

Dude, he could've killed your sister. No one's going to look at you funny.

I'd be tempted to beat them to the point of death. That's about it.

Realistically, do everything in my power to get them thrown behind bars for life. Preferably with a big guy who'd take them from behind every night (if they're straight, that is).

Still don't want to take that chance, "and hey- did I tell you that one time I threatened somebody like a psychopath holding a knife to save my sister's life?"

Saying psychopath not really about what happened, but because I acted like one purposefully- going for more of a 'scare' tactic. Making him think that I snapped and was completely off the deep end. It worked, but still...

And besides, life is stranger than fiction.

Um...

But still what? Get the **** over it. You did what you needed to do.

desperate times call for desperate measures

Crime happens everywhere dude. But, look at all the types of settings- city, downtown, etc. are going to be looked as the places with the majority of crimes. Suburbia is known as being relatively tranquil in comparison. We are, however, I think one of the key locations for serial killers? So, 'hidden skeletons'- a reason for the "detective duo" part.

I have gotten over it, but come on dude- you're saying you wouldn't remember a fcked up event like this happening? Not only is it "fcked up", but it's fcking random as hell in the regards of life is stranger than fiction. Still not telling anyone in real life about it though- don't want to be connected to that moment in my life outside of the internet and in my memmory.

No they aren't. You watch too much TV dude:whatever: . Most serial killers are urbanites who lack even a basic high school education.

Well clearly this is still haunting you, so maybe you'd be better off talking to someone about it. Doesn't even have to a friend. Talk your parents or your sister about it, cause right now it sounds like you can't even keep the event in perspective.

IF I happened to see the person I would kill the person, but slowly. Then I'd mourn whoever it was that died.

But in reality you probably wouldn't see the person that killed someone close to you, so I'd let the law catch the person and have them sent to jail.

Haunting? Yeah. Over it? Yeah. And the main reason for seeing this as something- having a suburbian pov. City, downtown, military- these things happen. Suburbia, either it still happens and it's just covered up or it doesn't happen as often.

Oh, SHUT UP!

Damn!

Looked up 'Murders in suburbia'- that show wasn't based or inspired by anything other than it's own murder mysteries the writers drew up.

And Superhobo really interested in knowing if you ever did- well- anything
