I thought begins was too bland and bogged down in its own attempts to be deep, badly edited, too much of a bruce wayne movie, too stupid with all the oneliners, and poorly written and acted except of course by the veterans in the game who basically copied and pasted performances from other movies into that one. In conclusion I'm being nice when I say I thought it was an average movie that became overrated because it was preceeded by batman and robin.

So I expect either more of the same or a vast improvement. One thing I'm glad to hear is that Nolan said he'd want to make a different movie than begins. thank god.

i do believe that its overrated...i give it a 7/10

Hey, Wesyeed loved Ghost Rider, Superman Returns and Hulk. He's the last person anyone should listen to about badly edited comic book films trying too hard to be deep. As for the laughable poor acting comment, well, what else do you expect from the guy who though Katie Holmes was the best thing in Begins?

we don't know for sure why the suit gets updated, we never seen it in motion with different angles and poses.

We still don't know details of the story, which influences the suit, the need for a batpod, the scars on joker etc...

it's like a 1000pc puzzle and we only have 4 ou 5 pieces, but we're already saying this movie gonna suck etc...

Getting rid of Katie Holmes? It is my understanding she declined to return first off, but I'm not complaining at all. I hate her. As for acting like the character hasn't changed? Do you want to bog down the story with why Rachel Dawes got major plastic surgery to look different or whatever? I don't. Look at other movies/shows that have changed actors/actresses for the same character. The character is well known and established, so it doesn't matter who portrays them. Now Rachel Dawes has only been in one movie, but the character has been established and we know who she is, so it shouldn't matter who portrays her.

But rather pointing out the irony in the fact that most of the problems he listed for Begins are complaints generally leveled at Superman Returns, Hulk and Ghost Rider - namely being increasingly bland, trying too hard to be deep and badly edited. So crank up that reading comprehension whenever you're replying to posts next time sonny and maybe you won't sound so "******ed" yourself.
