Isn't it weird that kids who are growing up now in the age of superhero movies are going to associate black leather with superheroes where we always associated them with bright spandex and capes?

I finished my second wave of movie costumes. Check it out:

Hawkgirl is based on jmc's design, Hawkman and GA were both cobbled together from various parts, Robin and Atom drew from eliwingz's design, Black Canary is kind of taken off Smallville, and for Red Tornado I tried to make him look more robotic. Zatanna is the only one that I didn't change at all.

By the way, Batman's armor is an homage to the batmobile of the TV series!

If Alex Ross designed the movie version of the Justice League, they'll all be wearing that same black bodysuit angled off at the chest for their normal colors/insignias, and the Wayne-financed Watchtower will be black with red trim, have a double-bubbled observation deck and three tailpipes sticking out of one side.

i do like the batman and i see the batmobile. very cool. but i don't think i would want this for the whole film, maybe for the final giant epic battle.
