Cena's comment on twitter ""Agreed @therock People should stick to the difficult stuff like mom jokes, sexuality, and making light of someones appearance. #WM28"

what a hypocrite

At least it's for a cause, and not because he was driving with cocaine in the car or something.

Out of curiousity, I heard a rumour concerning the amount wrestlers get paid for working WrestleMania. That being that those who lose a match get paid a bit more than those that win. Is there any truth to this?

just got done with smackdown

Daniel Bryan overshadowing AJ's very first match on smackdown was hillarious from his enterance to AJ Winning......oh and AJ has a fine ass

WWE's lack of tag teams really bugs me. We've got Epico and Primo, Hawkins and Rekks who should be referred as The Midcard Mafia on WWE programming, and then Kofi and Truth. I would put Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd together and give them some matching gear and a name. Then, I would put Ted jr and McSillyputty together as The Fortunate Sons. I would also call up The KIngs of Wrestling, and when Bo is old enough, I would call up the Rotundo brothers. That would be a solid tag division.

I wasn't even aware these two were a tag, let alone got matches anymore.

They have been teaming for awhile on NXT and Superstars. They also do an animated Youtube show together called Midcard Mafia.

Vince and Johnny Ace let Rock's old contract expire without comtacting him at all. Which pissed Rock off and is why he stayed gone for 7 years.

People talk about the business being cut throat well I always thought this was Vince's not so subtle way of sending The Rock a message. Playing hardball. Theres no way no one in WWE didn't realize Rocks contract wasn't coming up soon. They're always anywhere from 3 months to a year ahead in terms of staying on top of contract renegotiations.

I agree with all this. There is no reason why DiBiase and Hennig haven't been put together before now. Tag team wrestling would be a way to give more guys a chance to work and learn.

They have the raw materials to build a solid tag division they just don't give a damn. TNA's tag team division is a shell of its former self and even its looking better than WWE's right now. I'm liking The Colon team. Hopefully the Usos can also improve to a certain level.

It's been reported I think that Vince has zero interest in Tag Teams. Which makes little sense to me. Tag Teams are a great way develop wrestlers and sometimes a tag act could prove to be a powerful draw(Legion of Doom) I don't know how HHH feels about tag teams since unlike Edge,Shawn or Bret he didn't come up that way but I hope he sees the benefit of Tag teams. Hardys/E&C/Dudleys were definitely a draw at the height of the attitude era.

I've never understood why Vince doesn't see any value in tag team wrestling today. The Road Warriors are a great example. I'm not sure Hawk and Animal could have made it as top guys separately (especially Animal) but together they could draw just as well as any top guys in the NWA/JCP, Japan, or the AWA.

Those kinds of people might break your back and make you humble. Tough Guy!

Just watched The Rock DVD that came out a few weeks ago. Lots of fun and had a blast going back to some old memories, as well as hearing new stories about things going on in that era. Two things WWE only gets better at as time goes on is their video packages and their great video collections they make and sell. Need to get that Stone Cold set that come out a couple months ago now!

Great match on Superstars ft Gabriel vs Hunico

Chris give another great promo during tonights smackdown

So now there's going to be a Divas match at Wrestlemania 28. Well, there has to be a bathroom/snack break match during the PPV.

:lmao: Seriously though, no. Someone from the FBI might interpret that the wrong way, and I have a feeling about 75% of us here will not emerge unscathed from a background check on our browsing history.

is rock really a huge draw tho?

Survivor series did'nt do well and miz got heat for it for no reason

rock on raw is'nt doing any better rating wise than when he was not on

and if wm does well it wont be because of rock it will because of the match up and the fact that the card is quite strong

Rock pulled the largest Raw audience ever...

I'm curious too. And how does the PPV pay out work exactly? Do you get a bigger cut where you are on the card or is that all predetermined!

Metallo, everybody is a *****ebag or turns out that way to some degree at some point due to the nature of the business. Its easy for people to hate on The Rock because of his success, probably because they want to be like him. After all, jealousy is an ugly creature. The more important question is who is less of a doucbebag and right now, Cena is more *****ey than Rock.

I really don't care for these hater reports on Maivia. The Rock has put over more people than Stone Cold or Triple H would've bothered to. He paid his dues, moved on, and came back due to popular demand.

All in due time, CM Punk will wind up doing the same exact thing he's *****ing about: becoming bigger than the title and taking the spot of whoever the WWE Champion is at the time.

And again, wrestling fans are so fickle. They b*tch when So and So leaves the company, beg for him to come back, and when he does make a return, they b*tch about him being back. No wonder Vince can't stand the IWC.

Holy cow! Stacy Keibler's man got arrested!

George Clooney trying to get street credit.

this is 2012 not 99

is rock drawing huge numbers now?

You're right, it's 2012 and not 1999 - wrestling just isn't nearly as popular as it used to be. People aren't watching like they used to, and they aren't going to regardless of whether or not Rock is there or not. Austin, nor HBK, nor Undertaker, nor Triple H, nor Bret Hart - NOBODY is going to draw bigger numbers, and nobody really has.

But it sure is apparent by seeing how the crowds are responding, and obviously packing arenas like never before, that they are enjoying Rock's return moreso.
