- As previously reported, Jack Swagger was arrested on Tuesday night for a DUI and marijuana suspension. Per WWE's Wellness Policy, just being arrested is enough for WWE to release him if they so desired. The policy lists as follows:

"Any WWE Talent, who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of drugs will be in material breach of his/her contract with WWE and subject to immediate dismissal."

In addition, the violation acts identically per the Wellness policy as a positive test for drugs which includes a potential fine, suspension or more. This would be Swagger's first Wellness violation.

Well look at the bright side, this means that there's a chance that we won't have to see Alberto go up against Swagger for the title at Wrestlemania. I only wish now that they'd have Ziggler cash in his contract since he's the first wrestler that I know of who's had the contract and hasn't used it for this long...normally, the person would have cashed it in by now according to past records.

- Christian has recently been medically cleared to return action and is waiting for creative to write him back into storylines.

WWE's first game under the Take-Two umbrella will be titled "WWE 2K14." Take-Two hired key employees from THQ as part of the agreement to work on the game with their design team. Take-Two also agreed to work with longtime WWE games developer Yukes from Japan for the game, and plan to release it in the fall.

Swagger done ****ed up and if there was any slight chance Swagger would walk out of WM29 as the World Heavyweight Champion...it's gone now.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's released even and they give us Ziggler cashing in before WM and Del Rio getting his rematch at the PPV.

Of all the personalities to come in on WWECW through that "new talent initiative", I never thought Swagger would survive. Well, its been a boring---boring ride and the first somewhat interesting thing in ages and this happens.
