If you need him to quip then have him do it at a small time robbery but not when he's fighting Goblin, Doc Ock, The Lizard, or Venom.

But according to you he did quip while fighting Ock, Goblin, and Sandman...

No, what I am saying is that if you want him to throw some quips then have him do it during a minor fight. But most fans want him talking all the time in a fight and to me that would get annoying quick.

Spider-Man wisecracks. It's what he does. When you think about Spider-Man, what comes to mind are his red & blue costume, his webs and they way he raises his opponent's blood pressure with quips. And no one expects him to talk nonstop, making wisecrack after wisecrack without breathing. But he should talk during a fight and not be almost mute. That isn't Spidey.

I think Tobey can definitely pull off the quips and he seems to have a great sense of humor. He has the perfect voice for it on the video games.

Rino Romano, Sean Marquette , Josh Keaton, Neil Patrick Harris and Christopher Daniel Barnes. These are the guys you can call perfect. Tobey Mcquire? He is less annoying than Mike Vaughn from Webs of Shadows. That's about it.

i thinkl i know why some characters would have to do this if a super-hero,or areal world luchadore kept his mask on all the time his hair facial and head would grow uncontrolled and he'd get sick from bieng overheated

Sean Marquette and Christopher Daniel Barnes are the only two I thought nailed Spidey. Josh Keaton has gotten close. I never thought Rino Romano was as good as people made him out to be.
