Just started watching this show. I would so go with this as long as your talking about the awesome second season crew Of Wong and Morgan, and not Chris "I want this to be a cop show not sci fi" Carter. Sure he made the show but geez season one was hard to sit through it was so bad, and season 3 even though I just started it is pretty boring.

Glad to see there's some fans still out there! Imo the first season was the best...but given that there's only 3, I'd taken any of them. I felt the consultant role played out well, especially in light of Frank's gift/curse. It was a cop show, and then it wasn't...it wasn't like Criminal Minds in the sense that the cops always get their man and can walk clean away from it. Frank's struggle to reconcile the evils he felt with the innocence of family (not to mention his own sanity) was one of the most compelling elements of the show.

The case contents were just darker than anything that was on tv at the time. Cinematicly, it was a dark show, and I loved it.

Season 2 was great because they really developed the essence of the show (millenarism) and the group...Owls and Roosters was excellent. I really don't have any complaints about the show.

Oh and any any ep with Lucy Butler--stellar.

Agreed...not sure how much I would have liked the comedic aspect. The X-Files had its moments and I think it worked. But I guess I'd have to check out an ep of the LG to really see....same writers I'm guessing?

Futurama yeah, but I'd say Firefly....you know what Fox can be like though. I'd want them commissioned by a different network - at least that way you might get more than 13 episodes out of it.
