If you're not moving, you're not living... Ezra Miller IS Barry Allen/The Flash!

Haha, oh man, this is awesome news (at least for me) because more than likely, I would think they would use Wally West Flash if they're going to use John Stewart GL. The JL animated line-up would be rad... too bad Martian Manhunter is seemingly replaced by Cyborg, but oh well. Wally West from JL was always one of my favorite portrayals of the character. :D

Same! It was JLAS that got me into reading Flash comics (which started with Wally)

Doesn't look like barry allen?… just give him a haircut and sometime to get into that Andrew Garfield look and there you have a perfect barry allen.. :yay::yay:

CUTE KID! :chd:

Just gonna drop this anecdote here since I just remembered it... I was at the BvS IMAX event. On line next to me was a real nice guy that works at Forbidden Planet, the Manhattam comic book shop (naturally he had a big ole Batman tattoo on his arm and was wearing a Supes baseball cap ;) ) and of course on a line like that we just all started talking fan stuff, and rumors and casting. This guy takes out his phone and showed us a picture of him and Ezra Miller together. He said that Miller had recently come into the store and was asking for help looking for as much Flash stuff as he could find. No one but this dude recognized him which is why he took the pic with him. So... Brother Miller IS doing his homework.

Awesome story and cool to hear! But...

Was he looking for Barry or Wally Flash comics? :o

Sweeeeeeeet!

Ezra is absolutely amazing in everything he does, I've watched every movie he's made, except for two (Madame Bovary, Every Day) and he just brings it every time, probably one of, if not the most talented actor of his generation.

His casting has little to do with his appearance. It's all about his personality and talent.

Ha! That is cool.

i don't really know anything about the flash but i'm a big fan of ezra miller so i'm excited to watch this movie which i probably wouldn't of cared about before i found out he was in it.

Very nice to hear this, as opposed to all the negativity. Oh, and welcome!

By the way, now we need a poster named "no". Discussion between two posters would be something truly great. :woot:

I think he could pull it off given the makeover. He's a great actor, that's the most important thing.

On another note, do you guys think that Barry's job in the CSI Unit should be featured heavily into this film? Would you like to see him solving things in a CSI (The Show) and Sherlock Holmes (RDJ's Films) manner?
Oh yes!! :D

Well, Hawkgirl isn't in this and Aquaman wasn't a founder member
And as for the "age", Cyborg is also "young", so that doesn't mean he will necessarily be Wally.

Glad to hear this

Can't wait... :mrk: and thanks for the name change

Eh... I was partial to Wally West, I guess.

Me too. :( Especially since the show is doing so well... I guess by the time The Flash film comes out, the series could possibly be finished? Ah well.

I'm glad it's going to be Barry, still hope we get Hal Jordan though.

Don't get me wrong. Usually I'd bat for Barry Allen but a combination of a successful TV Series (that has spectacularly embraced it's comicbook mythology) and a younger actor provide the best opportunity there can be to tell Wally West's story.

I wanted Wally, but whatever. I guess this means GL will be Hal Jordan
