IGN's Top 25 Shows to Watch Instead of Studying Your best bets for procrastination.

god, please destroy ign. there listings are terrible

Friday Night Lights is #3?

I've never understood all this love for Friday Night Lights, I watched the first season and it was just totally riddled with High Schol/Sports Movie cliches. Watch any Football movie and you've seen Friday Night Lights, except you're saving an extra 20 hours of your life.

I've only been watching 8 out of the number of shows that are currently running or returning.

The characters are fairly well written, ,the acting is fairly decent and its nicely grounded. Something like that you dont get too often in sports dramas or "teen shows" (which this really isnt). **** it, something like that you dont get in generic prime time tv with writers trying too hard to get buzz for a show.
I think critics (and those those who stuck with it and watched it) like it cause it does what it says *shrug*

I'd rather watch the Wire and Friday Night Lights than Lost and Heroes.

Fun list to get excited for new TV!!

Surivor at #16, I'm not alone in the world!! :)

Smallville, Robot Chicken, Scrubs, Family Guy, Lost, Heroes, South Park

Only those will work for me. Especially SV, Lost, and Heroes :D

You all lost for sleeping on The Wire, Friday Night Lights, The Office and 30 Rock. Dont know if It's Always Sunny in Philly is in there (Cause I aint reading that) but if you sleeping on that too.....

I catch 30 Rock at the gym sometimes. It's alright. The Office is good too, I'd just never not study just to catch it.

Family Guy and any show on Adult Swim should be number 1, South Park shouldnt even be on the list.

Friday Night Lights is a great show. It's much better than the lame shows on prime time right now. I'm glad South Park is there.
