Didn't AD say a while ago that it was going to be marketing approach for TIH?

A really aggressive marketing blitz over a short period of time leading up to the films release.

It would seem he was on the money.

Over marketing? And here people were complaining about the lack of marketing a couple months ago.

Oh my goodness.
In my opinion, I think TDK is getting a little over marketed. I mean I'm looking forward to it but it's kinda getting ridiculous in my eyes.

TDK is definitely being over marketed. No matter how good this movie is, it won't live up to the massive hype.

Hulk is being marketed just about right.

I'll be posting a chart after the film comes out showing what "incredible hulk" fans thought about the "over marketing" of this movie. I thought this would be a great idea (with all the comments and clips being released) to showcase this idea on the boards.

Let me know what you guys about it think:yay:

Welcome aboard, punyfan. Clearly you have missed much marketing angst amongst the Hype. :cwink:

Its all relative I mean, I think the TDK marketing is fine...

Probably because I don't participate in all those internet viral campaigns or anything...nor do I look at new photos, etc.

If you do participate in all those things then yeah, I guess you could say its overmarketing but if you're like me and just stick to the trailer and the 1 or 2 tv spots floating around every now and then, I'd say the marketing for TDK is just fine.

Besides, back in 05' people were b****ing about the undermarketing of Begins.

All I could read a month ago was "Where's the marketing? Marvel is not marketing the movie. There screwing up." Now the marketing is on and somebody post a thread "Are they marketing too much." Stop your damn whining and make up your freaking minds.

Unfortunately, that's just how it is around these parts...

...as far as i'm concerned, fanboys are the hardest people to please. Women are a close 2nd.

I think you hit the nail on the head. "With a freaking sledge hammer"

People, your all FREAKING OUT right now.

the first post clearly states this is a space to discuss the idea, their is no "whining" involved, nor is their any implication of whining, he just wanted to do a chart of opinions, calm down on the "i cant believe how ridiculous this is" rant will ya?

And IMO. Hulks marketing is right where it needs to be.
