I am not a Marvel comic reader. So I am curious for the fans of the Inhumans or Marvel. How will they handle the tv versions with those that will be made into a film? Is it a different group?

Thanks!

I think, the Inhuman movie will be about the Royal family living in their hidden city away from earth, on an another planet/moon.
They probably left earth like in the old comics.
Them:

(It's just a guess, their hidden city has been in many places in the comics like the blue area of the moon or on earth, etc)

And Agents of shield just takes inspiration from the recents inhuman comics about news Inhuman on earth.

The Inhuman movie will focus on the royal family of Attilan. The show focuses essentially on splinter groups that left Attilan generations ago and spread across humanity. There is no overlap besides a shared common origin.

I feel like the Inhumans on AOS felt limited on scale and the stories for them aren't just great. I liked JaYing but the rest, meh. At first I kinda liked Lincoln but the predictable showmance with Skye is just eh and everybody keeps saying he's so bland. While May's husband just suddenly died for whatever reason.

Its too bad that we might wait until 2202 just to see the feature film for Inhumans. I really want to see Medusa, Crystal and Black Bolt.

Did Lash actually die? I thought he just transformed permanently?

I assumed he died when May was talking to Phil in the latest episode and we never saw his body again. Anyway, it was a weak send-off to Lash (if thats his last episode).

The inhuman royal family had been the focus of the comics since their introduction. In recent years marvel has introduced a bunch of new inhumans. I think the movie will focus on the royal family.

Lash didn't die at all.
And they never said that it was his last episode.

I don't think Lash died, just that he changed forms again. The thought of him dying never even occurred to me.

I think the Inhuman royal family would work best as the endgame for the final season of AOS. The Inhumans have become an integral part of the show's DNA now, and the TV format means they can dripfeed and build the mythology of the Inhumans over seasons rather than trying to cram it all into one 2 hour movie. I remember when Kyle MacLachlan turned up, Maximus the Mad was the big name people were throwing around for the big reveal. What we got was pretty cool, but if Maximus turns up, things will explode!

They're not going to waste the main Inhumans on this show, and it's likely being canceled after next season anyway.

Agreed. The Inhuman Royal Family turning up to take Daisy to her true 'home' would feel like a natural end to me. It would be a nice tidy-up of all plot strands. Daisy would finally have a family and home where she feels she belongs and Coulson would consequently learn to let his 'adopted daughter' go rather than being so protective over her.
