I started my seppuku piece on my leg a couple of weeks ago. Getting the knee to the ankle completely covered. Lots of work still needs to be done so who knows when it'll get finished. Going to incorporate a lot of traditional Japanese elements. But going for my second session next week and have a few more appointments scheduled already. And I'm also getting it colored.

Super bummed I didn't get end up getting more work done last night. He wanted to finish what he started, get the other samurai in, and wanted to do some color. But the one guy hasn't healed fully yet, probably because leg tattoos heal slower. So I understood why he didn't want to work on it and it took us a while to figure out how wanted to do the other samurai. So it ended up just being a long consultation. So a little disappointed no actual tattooing was done and that I kinda lost an appointment, but I rather have it done right than wrong. Of course I'm looking forward to September 14, because a ton of work will be done on it and it will start to look a little more complete.

I've been thinking about getting a tattoo recently and I thought I'd ask you guys if you ever regretted getting a geeky tattoo? Like I really want the Ghostbusters logo on my arm, but I fear one day I'll fall out of love with Ghostbusters and hate my tattoo...
