A absolutely despicable way to end a year that was full of the industry, fans, journalists treating Video Game developers like trash.

I hope these hackers and everyone who benefitted of the leaks, shared them, played the early build on their PC etc...will get theirs.
Absolutely awful and i feel so bad for every Developer and team in the industry.

This year was such a disrespect to all of them when they deserve better.

If the GTA 6 hacker got a sentence to stay in a hospital prison indefinitely, then I wonder what will happen to the person (or people) who did this.

The GTA hacker is in hospital prison for far more than just hacking into them but whoever is behind this is probably going to get a jail sentence, assuming they aren't in Russia.

I imagine it was probably edited together by a fan. Because every shred of that footage is from the game. Although the guy who posted it claimed he got it straight from the download of the leaked files. Another commented that it looks like a Staging video which insomniac would've made.

Nah, I wouldn't say this is a bad sign for any upcoming games. This story has less to do with Insomniac and more to do with CD Projekt Red. Since they opened a US office earlier this year, they've been on a hiring spree grabbing different developers and creatives from various companies.

This game is being developed for a rated Mature audience. There's plenty of blood in the leaked footage.

I didn't know there was an X-Men game in development. It probably won't come out for the next few years, at least.

But their X-Men rights ends at 2035 iirc. So they have to release it before.
