The Dark Knight Interesting (About the Joker's Look.)

Is that why she left? That sucks, she was like one of the only ones who knew what was actually going on...

One of many, we've had a couple people entrenched into the film that posted here.

She had some good information, but because a couple people kept obsessing about her, she found that kind of sticky attention unwelcome. Oh well. Let this thread get buried and lets move on.

scarecrow i nthe movie was also scarier than the toy. i dont think that joker is to scary for kids.
but i would love to see a scary joker.

It all depends on the age of the child, and the child themself. I have a 22 month old boy and nothing scares him. I try to limit what he see to a certain extent, but for the most part there isn't a whole lot that seems to scare him. Heath's Joker doesn't bother him at all, but my wife raises hell when I show him a picture of him.

My good friend has a 5 year old that was terrified of the scene in the Transformers movie when the Autobots came to earth and crashed in the pool and climbed out over that little girl. For some odd reason, he just got hysterically upset over that scene and refused to watch the rest of it.

This discussion would end if Mattel would make a adult collector's line separate from the regular children's stuff. But I do think that the Joker might want to be watered down somehow for the children's line. I can see alot of parent's raising hell about him if he is truly depicted. I can't see Mattel pulling that off an accurate rendition though.

Well she was good at finding links to cool articles ect... but to say that "she knew what was going on" like she was some sort of inside spy is just a fable. Some of her inside info was well wide of the mark (Joker/zipline theory comes to mind straight away).

The truth of the matter is...because she was a girl she got attention. Anjow hardly gets the same attention even though he seems like he craves it far more than Miranda did. (No offence).

This is what happens when someone goes around on forums trying to find new scoops to tell people. Other people know they are looking for information and message them under an alias giving them a load of elaborate bull****. What makes me laugh about some of these scoopers is when they get told something...they keep it to themselves. What's the point? You have nobody to brag to if you don't share! Oh....and then they give it the old "I heard about that one, but I didn't think it was true so I didn't tell anyone". It makes me laugh.:hoboj:

Well, not sure if you know this or not, but she did give us the sides. That in itself should make up for all the minor things she seemed to have got wrong over the year.

Lol I am always going to be fighting a losing battle on this one (not that I am fighting a battle at all...I am simply stating my opinion).

And yes, she did find the sides...from a website which people bought them from at a small price. Look at my last post:

But to prove my point --- nobody remembers the guy who got the first pic of Heath as The Joker. He should have legendary status around here. Does he crave it? No.

I don't hate Miranda whatsoever...I just hated the whole "love fest" that occurred. It was far too over the top.

Yeah thats what I meant, meh, it doesn't matter, all is in the past.

Dude, no joke. 67 points of articulation. It was a foot and a half tall and literally fully poseable. No joke. Each of his KNUCKLES was articulated! It was about $20 as I recall. I came *sooo* close to buying it *soooo* many times.

I bought 2 of those. One I opened up, the other is still pristine in the box.
