Idk I just think the mask looks stupid without the white eyes.

I was just about to post that may be your major gripe.

I dunno the Netflix Marvel limitations, but my guess would be they'd draw the line at giving him Spider-Man/Deadpool eyes even if they aren't animated.

I think they would make changes if Danny were to get a costume given that Iron Fist was some time ago.

I would say no pouches or boots and lighten the color at least to a forest green and it would look very good.

More thoughts. Like I said, a dark green would be fine. Just not actual black (for the purposes of making a black and white video, it was fine, though). I'd also probably use a different fabric. Make it look more like a Karate Gi or the robes or the K'un Lun robes. That fabric looks identical to the military people he's with.

Wow! That costume looks pretty great. Especially the mask! Still bewildered there is NO costume for season 1. You mean to tell me it takes more than 13 hours to reach at least something of a costume!?? Arrow has slowly graduated to official Green Arrow status but there was always something. Just an incredibly ill conceived idea IMHO.
However, despite that major flaw for me I actually thought the season as whole was great! Tied for second with JJ for me.....if it had a dang costume it might have been higher!

I have a question as to whether or not all the Kung fu craziness, talk of K'un-Lun as extra dimensional, Danny having powers etc. is fully public on the show? If not... There's the opening to introduce elements of the costume in the future. Danny adopts the costume, mask and public name of Iron Fist when doing his super hero stuff.

The 1940s costume looks amateurish and cheap but I would have loved it Danny wore that outfit.

It is just lame after 13 episodes each with a 50 minutes content, they couldn't bother to think of a way to give him the iconic outfit. So lame.

I would have been alright with Danny just having the mask. When you get down to it, the only real iconic elements to him is his mask, tattoo and glowing fist.

There were at least 5-10 times he NEEDED a mask and it would have helped cover the stunt fighter to make the fights look smoother. They could have easily said the mask is handed down as part of the tradition.

Huge missed opportunity IMO.
