Iron Man or Avengers ever fought Apocolypse?

Check out the previews to Adjectiveless X-Men this week - Nur is fighting the Avengers right now in the first (at least) four pages!

 

The only non-X-Men character to encounter Apocalypse that I'm aware of is Hulk.

 

Loki has fought apoc

Apoc has also battled the inhumans

Apoc also ran from Namor

 

I forgot about Loki and the Inhumans. He's also fought the Eternals.

 

Apocolypse fought *****. remember when Richard ***** came here and tried.....

 

Iron Man, Spiderman, Cap, and the crew will be fighting Apoc in the last book of the current X-Men arc. Prayers are answered!

 

My favorite appearence with Apocalypse is probably when he fought the High Evolutionary. Though they are both villains, their ideals differ greatly.

Apocalypse chastises the High Evo for not having patience enough to let human evolution take its own course.

I wouldnt. I say the X-men easily have the best rouges gallery outside of Spidey at Marvel. Sure you've got Ultron, but even he's pretty generic. The best Avenger villains are the villains that are a certain Avenger's villains. Like Red Skull and Baron Zemo.

 

Yeah, I'll also go along with the X-Men having a better villains galary. I'm not a huge Avengers fan (didn't like them until Bendis took over), but I can't think of a single Avengers villain who pulled me into the story. Even Busiek's famous run couldn't do it. X-Men however, have awsome villain after awsome villain.

What happened between Loki and Apoc?

 

Yeah man, Kang, Ultron, The Supreme Intelligence, Neferia, The Masters of Evil, Morgan Le Fay, tons of em. But hey, it's all a matter of opinion. Outside of Mags, the Hell Fire Club and sometimes Apocolypse, I find most of the X-Men's villians to be kinda shallow.

 

Well, if you count X-Men Legends 2, Iron Man fought Apocalypse.

 

Hardy-har-har lol j/k,It seems Pocky doesnt get out much besides fighting the x-men, then again Pocky did fight the High evolutionary, though I'd like to know the reasoning behind the Loki fight.

Yeah, the Rouge's Gallery in the X-Men just have a more sinister edge to them to me personally, they make me want to read it to find out what's going on. The Avengers do have an impressive Gallery, but I don't get drawn in for them as much as the X-Men's. In lamen's terms, I don't READ an issue of the Avengers for the villans like I would the X-Men, they just seem more interactive to me.

And yeah, I'm loving Bendis at the Avengers helm too. As to liking them more now compared to the past, I don't think I can say that since they haven't been around quite long enough yet but if it continues as it is, then hell yeah.

 

Imagine if Apocalypse used the industry's top villains to be his ho's...er...Horsemen:

Doom is Death
Red Skull is War
Green Goblin is Pestilince
Kingpin is famine

After he gave them those powers, they revolted and killed him

Agreed. I think the Avengers have great villians

Yeah it was. Good to see the Avengers actually fighting some serious threats again.

 

What about Hobbit or my own post suggested we haven't? We were praising the Avengers, especially the New Avengers. Yes, I for one have purchased and read the Annual several times over and it was great action. We just said we prefereed the X-villians over the Avenger's, not a slap in their face, just an opinon.
