The only problems I had with Man of Steel were the dialogue, I dunno what it is about Goyer and dialogue but man it gets a little cringe-worthy. That's why most directors re-write most of the dialogue from a Goyer script. I like Zack Snyder, he made ONE stinker (Sucker Punch) but I don't hold that against him. Each director can have a few stinkers, they all can't be winners.

Eh... Someone just the other day was saying a thread like this is exactly what was needed. I had forgotten it even existed. Welp, now if somebody has "concerns" they can take it here and pass the ball back and forth with like minded posters.
Yup ! I'm freaking terrified that this movie is going to be so AWESOME that I'll never want to leave the cinema !
Well, here's hoping anyway. I'm still a bit hesitant about Gadot's casting, and to be honest Jason Momoa was awful as Conan, but who knows ?
I loved Cavill as Superman, and have a lot of faith in Batfleck,
but the best casting choice is Eisenberg, I bet he's going to make every
doubter eat their words. Just wait !

Yes I agree, three characters in a (probably) 2.5 hour film? Waaaay too many. None will have a chance to breath. I don't think it has ever been done before![]()
"Batman V Superman is STILL getting released into theaters? THANKS A LOT OBAMA!!"

Anyone else NOT excited?
I'm not excited
Anyone dreads the movie?
I don't Dredd it either
I'm interested to see where this is going

Most of the time, I'm optimistic about this movie.
But...occasionally, I have moments were I fear it will be something horrible, like a live action version of The Dark Knight Returns. If something so odious came to pass, it would mark the first time I've walked out of a movie and demanded my money back. I've always thought people who claimed to have done that were over-dramatic, but dammit, it would happen if that's how this movie turns out. I know folks who aren't that concerned with Superman's portrayal probably wouldn't mind this or even hope for it, but I would hate it.
We can only be so lucky that we'd get something resembling one of the greatest superhero tales ever told.
Tone down the snark and read my post again.Yes I agree, three characters in a (probably) 2.5 hour film? Waaaay too many. None will have a chance to breath. I don't think it has ever been done before![]()
Yeah, right, like Marvel's Avengers was waaaay too many.
That's not the point. The point is not making it LOOK like an advertisement for Warner Bros' future properties and franchise instalments - which is often an issue with superhero movie cameos.
