Well first off Tobey is one inch taller, but according to you that's more like 5'6''. And second I don't think these guys can lie about their height considering they're actors and their height plays a big role in whether or not they get a part. And last, I totally agree with you I wanted a slightly taller Peter. But you have to remember this is based on Ultimate Spider-Man and Peter is suppose to be about 5'5''.

With all that said, Login Lerman is 5'8''. Which sounds good to me.

Did you miss my first post? This guy is 24. There's no chance of growing out of that 16 yr old height for future movies.

Lets be real here, casting a 20 something year old as a high schooler has been the norm for decades, the GA aint gonna complain and they will lap it up. Bell maybe 24 but he could still pull off high school at least for the next 5 years, assuming he doesn't screw up his life and go off the rails.

Furthermore, Bell is a good actor and can pull it off, I just wish Sony will make a formal announcement already.

Yelchin suits visually both Harry and Peter,helps between his hairstyles. But his acting is best suited for Spider-Man.

The fact that he is in that Curb episode is enough to sell me on him.
Bias aside, I think he would be a pretty good Peter Parker. Pretty, pretty, pretty good!

THe Curb Your Enthusiasm scene was freaken hilarious! And I could totally get on board with Yelchin. He is an amazing actor. Much better than Tobey that's for sure.
