Stop agreeing with my ****. It makes me feel bad. :o

Oh well then **** you and your pathological need for validation from everybody but me. :o

I have feelings too, ya know. :csad:

You bastard. :argh:

How are we supposed to despise each other when we agree on this crap? It makes no sense, I tell ya!! :fst:

I loved Doug growing up. I got into many arguments with friends and family over Patti and other things about the show. First, Doug and Patti were the first interracial cartoon couple I believe. I mean the characters on Doug had various skin tones but Patti was clearly black and Doug is clearly white. But I had friends argue that Patti wasn't black. I am like really??? But anyway, I don't think Patti was a lesbian. Peppermint Patty from Charlie Brown definitely is a lesbian however lol.

Other Nicktoon characters that are possible lesbians. Big Patty from Hey Arnold and Phil and Lil's mom from Rugrats. But come to think of it, Phil and Lil's mom being a lesbian was pretty obvious LOL.

I always thought Daria from 'Beavis and Butthead' was a lesbian.

The thing is, I don't think she was. She was masculine, but Phil and Lil's Dad was the house wife type in the relationship. Less homosexual implications and just one of those more role reversed relationships.

:funny:
With PW's return, I made the mistake of not expecting this.

Patty and Pepper Ann would have been the greatest Disney Couple ever.

I agree. Betty loves Howard. Howard was the shy, nice guy and Betty was the boisterous, outspoken woman. Opposites attract.

On a separate note, I looked at the Rugrats wiki and I found out Howard is 10 years older than Betty. I never knew that!

Hey, it's nothing wrong to admit it was before your time.

Wow, I never that got vibe from her. She always reminded me of my cousin who was beautiful yet men were intimidated by her authoritativeness. Doug would have caught the rabbit if he hadn't wasted so much time being a punk and just told her how he felt.

There was an episode on Doug (not the new show, the classic) where they actually went on a date. After he dropped her off at home he though he failed the date, but you can see her looking at him through her window before shutting the light off right before Doug makes a quick peak back at the house. I thought for sure something was budding.

But then again maybe she was just questioning her own sexuality that further clarified she's not into dudes.

I was always stuck between her and Peppermint Patty.

So for anyone who watched Orange is the New Black this season, I think we finally got our answer to this question.

If you don't get what I mean by this post, google the cast list for that show, or watch it, it's good.

She was a sporty tomboy but she liked dudes. She went out with Guy Graham before realizing her and Doug belonged together. They were always destined to be with each other and many times whether it be the Nickelodeon show or Disney version, they flirted and were close.

So, no, definitely not a lesbian. Hell, none of the characters on "Doug" were gay or questioning their sexuality. Everyone was straight.

born a male, forced to dress as a female, perfectly straight
